What to bring

An attitude of service and a willingness to get dirty and have tons of fun!

What not to bring

• Cigarettes, alcohol, drugs
• Fireworks, weapons of any kind
• Inappropriate clothing (See clothing standard below)
• An attitude that might hinder our work for God and for other people.

Clothing standard

Inappropriate clothing includes:
• Spaghetti straps (GIRLS)
• Short shorts (all shorts should be at least mid-thigh)
• Midriffs
• Open back shirts
• Visible undergarments (boxers, bras)
• Any other questionable clothing (offensive words/pictures, holes). ‘
• Tank tops are allowed as long as no undergarments are visible.
• No athletic shorts are to be worn during evening experiences held at NORTH.CHURCH

Check-in & registration

Check-in will be on Monday, June 4th at 6:30 pm at NORTH.CHURCH

During that time, you can turn in all of your medical/consent forms and any remaining balance for your group’s registration fees. During check-in, students will be assigned to their crews and will be given their FREE LOVE OKC Student Conference t-shirt.


For each student and leader attending the LOVE OKC Student Conference, a medical and consent form is REQUIRED.
All registrants over 18 will need to have a background check ran. (part of registration)


School busses will be used to transport students and leaders to and from worksites each day. You are responsible for providing transportation to and from NORTH CHURCH each morning, afternoon and evening.
The LOVE OKC Student Conference Staff will provide any transportation in case of an emergency at any time.

Cell phone & electronics policy

We want the LOVE OKC Student Conference to be a time for students to disconnect from daily distractions and be able to totally focus on God and building solid relationships with others. We do allow students to bring their cell phones, music listening devices, and portable game systems, but ask that these items not become a distraction. We ask students to leave their cell phone and electronic devices at the dorm during the day, as this prevents distraction and/or loss of device at the work site. LOVE OKC Student Conference is not responsible for lost electronics.

Spending money

Merchandise will be available for sale at the LOVE OKC Student Conference, including vendor merchandise, LOVE OKC Student Conference t-shirts, and other extras. Also, there will be a nightly concession stand open with food and drinks available for purchase.

We recommend $25-$50 spending money.

Medication & Medical staff

We will have a medical staff available throughout the conference in the case that any injury or medical concern occurs.

We do NOT allow any students to have any medications in their possession during the week of the conference. The only exceptions are Epi Pens and Inhalers. Please have an assigned adult or leader that will be in charge of the care and distribution of your students’ medications throughout the duration of the conference.
