LOVE OKC is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization that began serving Oklahoma City in 2012. LOVE OKC provides opportunities for individuals and organizations to come together to help those who may be struggling during a difficult season in their lives. Our goal is to bring hope to our community. We have had the pleasure of serving thousands to date.
LOVE OKC week promotes volunteer opportunities for local community service organizations around the OKC metro area the week of Valentine’s Day as well as throughout the year. Our desire is to increase awareness among volunteers about local agencies. We believe that volunteering can result in lasting relationships that will make positive changes in our community.
The LOVE OKC Student Conference is a combined high-quality conference and life-changing mission experience. This conference is designed to bring middle school, high school, and college students together from all over the United States to grow in faith and serve others by painting and restoring homes of those in need in the Oklahoma City metro area. LOVE OKC provides the supplies and materials needed to paint and restore the homes.
We partner with local businesses, agencies, churches and individuals to provide tangible hope to children, families, individuals, and the elderly who may be struggling during a difficult season in their lives. On this day, we provide groceries, health services, community service connections, lunch, live entertainment, haircuts, family portraits, and activities for children. All goods and services are free on the day of the outreach.
LOVE OKC is committed to making a difference in the orphan crisis in the state of Oklahoma. We believe that Oklahoma businesses, non-profits, individuals, and churches should lead the way in inspiring people to foster and or adopt and to partner financially with agencies who are serving the orphans in our community. We desire to bring awareness to the plight of orphans, positive change to their daily lives and hope for their future.
